Booking terms

Room bookings

• Check-in: From 12:00 — early check-in on request when the room is ready.
• Check-out: By 11:00 — late check-out on request.
• Cancellation: Free up to 24 hours before arrival; same-day cancellation may be charged one night.
• Payment: Pay on arrival or by bank transfer — no card needed to hold a room.
• Booking fees: None when you book direct.

Prices are per room, per night, in US dollars, and are confirmed in writing (by email or WhatsApp) when we accept your booking. Guests beyond a room's standard occupancy may be charged a small extra fee — we'll tell you before you confirm.

Offers and discounts

Direct-booking offers apply only when you book with us directly. Ask which offer applies to your dates; the discount shown in your written confirmation is the one that applies.

Treks and tours

• Published prices are starting prices per person. Your final price depends on group size, season, accommodation level and options.
• We send a written quote listing exactly what is and isn't included. The quote's terms, including any deposit and cancellation conditions, apply to that trip.
• Itineraries can change because of weather, flight delays, road conditions or safety. Your guide's decisions on the trail are made for your safety.
• Travel insurance is required for all treks and must cover high-altitude rescue where relevant.
