Hi, I am Giri — the owner of Sacred Trails Kathmandu Homestay. My family and I opened this place because we wanted travellers to experience Kathmandu the way we know it: peaceful, beautiful, and full of warmth.
I personally make sure every guest feels completely at home. I love sharing recommendations for day trips, hidden local restaurants, meditation retreats, and the best trekking routes — whether you are heading to Everest Base Camp or just want a quiet morning walk in Shivapuri Forest.
The rooms are brand new, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop view of the Kathmandu panorama is — as our guests often say — breathtaking.
