Booking direct with Sacred Trails means you deal with the family from the first message — no middleman, no booking fees and no card needed to hold a room. Here is how it works.
Step by step
- Send a booking request through our website, or a WhatsApp message with your dates and the number of guests.
- We check availability and reply, usually within a few hours.
- Add anything you need — airport pickup, a King room with a balcony, breakfast for the apartment, or a trek or tour.
- Pay on arrival or by bank transfer. No card is needed to hold your room.

Discounts for booking direct
- Stay 3 nights or more for 5% off, or 7 nights or more for 6% off.
- Book 14 or more days ahead for 5% off, or 30 or more days ahead for 6% off.
- Weekly and monthly rates for long stays, and group quotes when you book several rooms.
- Stay + Trek: book a trek or tour with us and we bundle your homestay nights, permits, guide and airport transfers into one price.
Treks and tours
For treks and tours we send a written quote listing exactly what is and isn't included. The terms in that quote, including any deposit and cancellation conditions, apply to the trip.
